Product Description
Portable Orthopedic Spine Radiofrequency Ablation Low Temperature Plasma Precise Cutting Ablation for Sports Medicine
Portable ENT RF Ablation Cold Plasma System

Advanced system designed for cutting, ablation, and coagulation procedures in sports medicine and orthopedic applications.

Technical Parameters
Operating frequency 100KHz
Input voltage 220V, 50Hz
Maximum output power ≤350W
Grade 0~9 grade adjustable
Plasma vs Ordinary Radiofrequency Comparison
Feature Plasma Ordinary Radio-frequency
Frequency 100KHz 500-2500KHz
Tissue Temperature 40-70℃ 300-600℃
Medium Saline Cytolymph
Energy Conversion Electrical energy → mechanical kinetic energy Electric energy → heat energy
Mechanism Breaking molecular bonds Cell fluid evaporation
Effect Shrinking vaporization Degenerative necrosis
Recovery Mild pain, quick recovery Severe pain, slow recovery
Clinical Benefits
  • Operates at a low temperature of 40-70°C to minimize thermal damage to surrounding tissues
  • The probe reaches internal lesion sites to deliver precise and efficient treatment
  • Adopts bipolar or multipolar design; no electric current passes through the patient's body
  • Achieves nearly bloodless surgery and shortens operation duration
  • Enables minimally invasive procedures with minor trauma and accelerated patient recovery
Low Temperature Plasma Surgery System

The low-temperature plasma surgery system delivers brief, targeted radiofrequency (RF) energy pulses for cutting and coagulating soft tissues. Combined with proprietary insulation technology, the RF energy allows the electrode to achieve scalpel-like precision for dissection while providing hemostasis comparable to conventional electrosurgery, with minimal thermal damage to surrounding tissues.

Clinical studies verify that this low thermal injury technology brings advantages both during and after surgery. Plasma technology adopts a specific electrical waveform. When transmitted via bipolar or multipolar probes inside the human body, the electricity excites sodium chloride (NaCl) molecules within blood, mucosa, soft tissue or nucleus pulposus to form plasma.

High-speed charged particles in the plasma directly break tissue molecular bonds and vaporize tissue proteins into low-molecular-weight gases including H₂, O₂, CO₂, N₂ and CH₄. Accordingly, the plasma surgical system is applied for cutting, stripping, puncturing, vaporization, hemostasis, ablation, tissue contraction and surgical reconstruction of soft tissues in both open and minimally invasive closed surgeries.

System Characteristics

Low Temperature Plasma RF Surgical System is designed for ablation, resection, and coagulation of soft tissue and hemostasis of blood vessels in ENT surgery. With advanced plasma ablation technology, the system dissolves tissue at the molecular level in a highly-controlled manner with minimal thermal effect on surrounding healthy tissues.
