The DAMAI dissolvable polyurethane nasal hemostatic dressing is a high-performance intranasal splint engineered for post-surgical nasal hemostasis and wound support. Made from medical-grade synthetic polyether-polyurethane, it dissolves naturally within approximately 7 days, eliminating painful manual removal and secondary tissue injury. Optimized for minimally invasive ENT procedures, it delivers controlled compression, reliable anti-adhesion protection, and improved patient safety with zero animal-derived ingredients.

How to Use

Aseptic access: Open the sterile package and remove the dressing with forceps, maintaining full aseptic conditions.
Trim to fit: Cut the sponge to the proper size to match the surgical wounds and nasal cavity anatomy.
Place into position:
- Option 1 — Direct placement: Apply directly onto the bleeding wound for compression hemostasis.
- Option 2 — Presoaked placement: Soak before implantation to achieve local drug sustained release for mucosal healing.
Post-operative management: Allow natural dissolution; residual fragments may be cleared by saline irrigation or suction 3–7 days after surgery.
